She found her love for movement through a background in dance and quickly discovered yoga after relocating to LA after college. Her favorite part of teaching is empowering people, mind, body, and spirit, by finding a deeper connection to themselves. Yoga is a practice that calms the nervous system while building strength, turning the mat into a space for honest self-observation rather than performance.
